Private Classes (1 on 1)

While group classes offer the opportunity to tap into the group consciousness and energy generated, there are times where individual classes can be more appropriate to move through individual challenges. Private classes are available on request, so please contact us for a consultation and individual class bookings.

Full Moon Meditation & Gong Relaxation

Healing with the Gong is an ancient natural form of vibrational healing. The Gong has a very powerful sound vibration, tuning the physical body and soul to the greatest possible resonance, where deep healing and transformation takes place. It works on all levels, restoring one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. You will leave the space feeling calmer, at ease, renewed and refreshed. Find Class Times

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues that are not normally exercised in a more active style of yoga. It allows joints to become more supple whilst opening up channels of energy in the body. In Yin yoga, we are not pushing to achieve, instead we sit and accept where we are. You will leave feeling open, content and relaxed. Yin yoga is for everyone from beginners to advanced.
