The Private Yoga sessions are designed for individuals who are:


* new to Yoga and would like to learn and experience the basics of Yoga practice; 

* looking for one on one attention due to specific injuries and requirements;

* for a taylored practice to suit their ability and fitness levels;

* looking to design thier own practice according to their individual needs.


The initial consultation will focus on identifying your individual needs and goals, and designing a plan that will meet them in the most enjoyable way. The private sessions can cover any or combination of the following styles - Hatha, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, and sound healing - Acutonics.
